Sweet Piedmont Return Policy
At Sweet Piedmont, we take pride in the quality of our flowers, products, and digital offerings. Due to the nature of our goods, we have different return policies depending on the type of item purchased. Please review the policies below:
1. Perishable Goods (Flowers, Bouquets, Buckets, Holiday Arrangements)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales of bouquets, flower buckets, and floral arrangements (including holiday arrangements) are final. If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to find a resolution. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for flowers that have been left outside, not properly cared for, or not picked up on time.
2. Non-Perishable Goods (Vases, Accessories, and Branded Merchandise)
We accept returns of unused, non-perishable items (such as vases, accessories, and branded merchandise) in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and details about the issue. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Digital Downloads (E-books, Templates, and Courses)
All sales of digital downloads, including e-books, templates, and courses, are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed. If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
